0800 Te Paatu

0800 837 2288

We encourage all whānau to report their RATs results (even if you return a negative result) by ringing 0800 222 478 option 3 or online at https://mycovidrecord.health.nz/ if you have a registered My Health account.

Whānau in the Far North - particularly on Karikari Peninsula, Taipā and Mangonui are also encouraged to contact 0800 KAHUTIA for support with kai and medical packs.

If you develop COVID-19 symptoms get tested immediately. Read more about COVID-19 testing and find your local testing station at Healthpoint.

If you test positive you will need to isolate for a full 7 days, and so will your household contacts. For most people, symptoms of COVID-19 will be mild and can be managed at home. You can find health advice to help manage your illness on the COVID-19 Health Hub.

Maintain a safe distance from others (at least 1 metre), even if they don’t appear to be sick.

Wear a mask in public, especially indoors or when physical distancing is not possible.

Choose open, well-ventilated spaces over closed ones. Open a window if indoors.

Stay home if you feel unwell.
